Fabrics and trims are sourced in alignment with your design and budget.
Options are presented for your selection before sampling begins

Sampling & Pre-Production
(2-4 weeks)
Prototype samples are developed and finalized upon approval.
A pre-production sample confirms specifications before bulk production proceeds.

Manufacturing & Quality Control
(4-6 weeks)
Bulk production begins upon sample approval. Each stage — from cutting and sewing to finishing and packing — is monitored by our QC team to to maintain quality and consistency.

PROJECT PLANNING
Talk to us! Fill up the Contact Us Form and let us know your goals, product and budget. Our design team will be able to present proposals based on indepth market research, creativity and understanding to best meet your brand identity.
Meet with us! We will organise a meeting to discuss your ideas in further details and we will create some hand drawn sketches to help visualise the collection.

DESIGN AND PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT
Explore with us! We will proceed onto trend research and mood boards. The research will help us understand what will work best for your collection. Once the design concept has been finalized, our designer team will work on developing the flat designs of the garment for your review and approval.

TECH PACKS
All approved flat drawing will be converted into tech pack, which is a comprehensive set of illustrations with the required measurement, raw materials needed to construct the blueprint. This is to ensure the whole production process runs smoothly.

SOURCING
Fabrics, trims, buttons…..the possibilities are endless. Get ready to be dazzled and spoilt for choice when we present you with plenty of fabric, trims and lace options to best meet your creation and budget.

SAMPLING
See the birth of your concept! Our experience team will bring to live your creation. The prototype will also be fit test and revise to meet your specific sizing and requirements. At this point, we also offer costing advice to help you forecast and budget production cost.

MANUFACTURING
Once your prototype is approve, we move into the bulk production. Fiema offers a total services which includes cut, make and time, as well as finishing services such as affixing your brand label and hangtags.

PRE-PRODUCTION SAMPLE & QUALITY CONTROL
A sample is made from your chosen fabrics, trimmings and design as per your order will be given to you. Give us your feedback and we can discuss your desired outcome before we proceed with the bulk production. We inspect every piece of garment! Our QC team will carefully monitor and control every production process from prototyping through to end-of-line inspection and final packing. We follows strict inspection procedure, thus ensuring your expectations of quality and consistency are always met.

LOGISTICS
Once the final product is complete, we guarantee on-time delivery. Our dedicated logistics team will manage and streamline every process from documentation, shipping, to delivery of goods to your door.
